Biography

Jyoti J is a London-based singer/songwriter of Indian origin. Her music is a fusion of RnB, Hiphop and Modern Indian music. Jyoti has achieved a degree in Music Industry Management and Music Technology at the University of East London. She is influenced by mainstream artists such as Beyonce and Sunidhi Chauhan. Having being brought up listening to Indian and Western music, Jyoti tries to fuse together both sounds in her music.

Jyoti began singing in front of a live audience at the age of 10 and her passion for singing has always been her primary focus. She recorded her first song titled 'It's Over' in 2008 at at 'Point Blank Music college. After completing a vocal course and recording in studio, Jyoti began taking an interest in Music Production and has now setup her own home studio. 

Her latest tracks are 'Feel the Love' and 'New Year'. She released her debut Music Video for the song ‘I Love’ in 2016 and has now released a new Music video titled ‘We are Together' with 'The Artist Band'.

Jyoti J performed her latest songs at a pageant night in London called, ‘Mrs India U.K’ in 2017, where she was filmed by ‘B4U Music’, an asian music channel. Jyoti was B4U’s ‘One to Watch Artist’ in the month of September 2017 for her Music Video titled ‘Your Desi Girl’.

Jyoti also performed her songs 'I love' and 'Your Desi Girl' at the ‘Mrs Asia Pageant’ Grand Finale in London which aired on Zee TV. 

Jyoti hopes to bring a new flavour into the Music Industry fusing together Western and Eastern Music.
